I assigned card/fob to users but they are not working.
Centrios is an offline system, setting up card/fob use has two parts. Centrios devices cannot communicate to the internet, the system owner or manager must use their mobile to all update devices.
-Centrios Cloud System
Ensure system is on Pro Plan
Add card/fob to Centrios system
Assign card/fob to user
-Mobile App
Open mobile app
Select DEVICES tab
Present mobile app to Centrios locks
The mobile app will update the locks with card/fob data
NOTE: Syncing the mobile app with each device is required when adding/editing/removing card/fob access from users.
