Centrios Cylindrical Lock Factory Reset Procedure
To perform a factory reset first locate the blue installation tool included with your lock.
If you lost the tool no worries, a paperclip will do the trick.
Insert the tool or paperclip into the hole in the side of the battery cover. Apply enough pressure on both sides of the cover to allow the battery cover to slide up.
Remove one battery and wait for a 10 seconds.
Press and hold the multi-function button while inserting the one battery. The multi-function button is located just below the battery compartment. The lock will bootup, the outside panel will flash a blue LED ring two times, followed by a single Yellow LED ring. A steady Yellow LED will display at the top, indicating the factory reset is in progress.
Slide the battery cover down gently the guides for a proper fit.
The factory reset process takes about 2 minutes to complete. The lock will reboot several times and flash the Blue LED during this time. After the second Blue LED flash, the lock is ready. If the lock is required for use, you must add the device to your system and add users to access it.
