Try this solution

Check Bluetooth settings and confirm device access

Check your mobile device settings to confirm Bluetooth is enabled and confirm Bluetooth permission is allowed on the Centrios App.

Check with the owner/ manager of the Centrios system that your access to this lock has not been revoked.
