How do I transfer ownership of the Centrios System?
An installer can create a Centrios system account for their end user customer. The installer would have full access to the system during initial installation and device setup. Once the project is complete, the installer may transfer account ownership to the end user owner. The new owner must be a current user in the system. If the new owner isn't in a user, invite the user, and ensure they are active.
Follow the steps to transfer ownership to a new owner.
NOTE: Once ownership is transferred, the previous owner’s user account will be removed and closed from that system. If the previous owner has access to other Centrios systems, they will be deleted from that system but retain access to the other systems.
