Passage mode, allows you to temporarily turn off your auto re-lock timer. This is used when you need to enter and exit your door multiple times, and do not want the door to auto re-lock and require a mobile credential. Typical example is hauling in supplies or opening a lobby to customers/ foot traffic. Currently, this feature is only supported on the Centrios Cylindrical Lock.

To Activate Passage mode on the Centrios Cylindrical Lock

• Open the Centrios mobile app

• Click on devices and select the device you want to enable passage mode on.

• Verify passage mode is enabled in the device details
  

• Return to the unlock tab for your device

• Your mobile credential will need to have owner or manager privileges' to enable passage mode

• With the door open, press the multi-function button on the back of the lock (above the lever at the base of the battery cover) and hold for (3) seconds and present your mobile credential to unlock.
  

• You should hear an audible beep from the lock and see the "unlocked" animation on your Centrios app. The LED light ring will illuminate green. Note, when turning the lever the latch will retract every time while passage mode is active.

To Deactivate Passage mode on the Centrios Cylindrical Lock

• Briefly press and release the multi-function button.

• You should hear an audible beep from the lock. The LED light ring will illuminate red. Note, when turning the lever the latch will will not retract while passage mode is inactive and a mobile credential will be required to unlock the door.
