Centrios devices are considered offline. Offline devices sync event history to the cloud when your mobile phone is used to perform an unlock action. Events are pulled from the latest to the oldest.
Events are also sync’d by selecting "Connect and Update” under Event History. Event History will actively be pulled from the oldest to the latest.
If you have a Centrios device where PIN/card/fob is the primary access method, periodically connect in either way noted above to update events in the event log.
Note: Our platform supports mobile app unlock in scenarios when Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity is not available. Collected event history requires Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity to transfer data to the cloud.
