Centrios devices used in the Free and Select plan are considered offline devices. Offline devices sync events to the cloud when your mobile phone is used to perform touch to lock or touch to unlock action.
Events are also sync’d by performing a “Connect and Update” under the device details in the Centrios mobile app. While under device details you can click “Event History” to view the list of events.
If you have a Centrios device where PIN is the primary access method, periodically connect in either of the ways noted above to update events in the event log. Note, although our platform supports mobile unlock in scenarios where you have no Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity, event history sync will require Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity.
